Wouldn't it be nice if people were prosecuted instead of being sued? The only problem (which BushCo took care of nicely) is that you need an uncorrupted Justice Dept. to enforce the laws of this nation.

I think whoever is doing this is wasting time and money. If anyone is prosecuted, Bush will pardon him/her before he is forced to leave DC on 1/19/2009.
You cannot win with crooks.
If someone is really interested in going after the people who violated the law, they better wait till 1/20/2009. If a Democrat wins the WH, the criminals will get prosecuted and get jail time. If a Republican wins, no chance.
