Thank you. I also started in the web design business completely as a hobby. I had a guy I worked with tell me that I wasn't 'smart' enough to learn how to build a personal web page when I asked him to show me how he had built his own.
It motivated my quite a bit, as the last 12 years online show.
My company now builds sites for brand new home based start ups all the way up to fortune 500 companies. I've been very fortunate, and am very thankful for what the good Lord has given me.
But it did start as a hobby and grew into what it is today. I honestly believe that this is primarily because it was not only my hobby, but my passion. And it still is my passion today. I practically leap out of bed every morning.
Thanks for your comments and I hope your business continues to grow, and that your passion for your work continues to grow with it.

Sherly, You can make it. And you will.
Believe in yourself, trust your intuitions, stay honest and focused, and hold on to your passion.
You'll make it, in fact, it sounds as if you already are most of the way there, if not all the way there, you just don't realize it. :-)
If I can be of any help at all, don't hesitate to call me or shoot me an email. It would be a pleasure.
You can do it. I believe in you. You believe in you. Nuff' said.
