    Also, researching a company lets you come up with questions for when the interviewer says "Do you have any questions?" -- This is a critical time in the interview for you. So By having 3 or 4 well formed, and well rehearsed, questions in your arsenal -- It can only help.

    * Note: The reason you have 3 or 4 questions is in case 1 or 2 are covered in the interview.

      Excellent point. The more focused the questions, the more it will show that you've done your homework and are taking the job seriously!
