Jan. 8, 2007, 10:38 a.m.Overseas, that is correct. I'd imagine they haven't been swamped in b.s. liability/discrimination lawsuits.
I sat in on a recruiters workshop not that long ago going over how to find quality candidates online. One of the things mentioned was to be weary of overly personal websites (one of the speakers was a lawyer, so.. maybe a grain of salt).
If you find a resume with a head shot, and they don't get hired, the candidate can claim discrimination quite a bit easier than if they had used a traditional resume.
